When will I receive my garment?

All fluid wool top orders will be dispatched according to the shipping times in the following question.

All (jump)suit 02 orders will be shipping from early April 2024. To reserve yours, place a 50% deposit by adding the item to your bag.

We'll keep you updated through email. When your garment is ready, you'll receive an email to pay the final 50%.

What countries do you ship to and how much does it cost?

We are a UK-based company and we ship internationally.

UK shipping is £5 and takes 3-5 days.

EU shipping is £25 and takes 6-8 days.

In Europe we ship to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

US and Canada shipping is £45 and takes 10-12 days.

Australia, New Zealand and the UAE is £45 and takes 10-12 days.

There are likely to be customs, clearance or duties fees to be paid on all items delivered outside of the UK, and this is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please note that these can be expensive, so research before purchasing.

What about customs?

As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so this must be paid for by the customer. Please note that these can be expensive so research before purchasing.

How do returns work?

Sad to hear you want to return. If there's a fit problem - get in touch. We'll offer credit to support with tailoring, as it's normal and common to need slight adjustments to your clothing to achieve the perfect fit. We're here to help.

All returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and may not be granted. If a return is granted, all returns must be sent back within 14 days, in unworn, re-saleable condition, with tags on and in its original packaging. It cannot have been washed, or altered in any way, and must be free from stains, smells and makeup. This is a firm policy, to ensure we minimise waste.

Your return will need to be tracked, and the returns postage will not be covered by us - we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost in transit. Upon sending, please send the tracking number to hello@kindregards.studio

If these steps are not followed, we reserve the right to reject the return. As a small business, this is necessary for us to stay afloat.

If you are sending your item back from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.
