Help and Support

HOW DO I BUY A (JUMP)SUIT? Pay 50% now to reserve and pre-order your (jump)suit. We'll then go into production, with our small-scale factory partner in North London. This will take 7-8 weeks. When your item is almost complete, you'll pay the final 50%, and we'll ship your item. This allows us to minimise waste, and grow responsibly. Good things take time, but we'll keep you updated through regular emails.
IT SAYS 'JOIN THE WAITLIST'? HOW LONG UNTIL IT'S BACK IN STOCK? If you're reading this before June 12th 2022, pre-orders are yet to open, and will open on June 12th. If you're reading this after June 12th 2022, then it means we sold out of our initial pre-order batches.

We are in a soft launch phase - meaning we are releasing very limited quantities to test the waters. We'll be rolling out an official launch in A/W 2022, so stay tuned.
WHAT SIZE SHALL I BUY? I CAN'T FIND MY SIZE? We're in a soft launch phase, and during this phase we're offering size UK 8-16. We'll be expanding this size range with our official launch.
HOW DO RETURNS WORK? Sad to hear you want to return. If there's a fit problem - get in touch. We're offering significant discounts with premium tailoring partners, and it's normal and common to need a slight adjustments to your clothing to achieve the perfect fit. We're here to help.

During soft launch, all returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and may not be granted. If a return is granted, all returns must be sent back within 14 days, in unworn, re-saleable condition, with tags on, in it's original packaging. It cannot have been washed, or altered in any way, and must be free from stains, smells and makeup. This is a firm policy, to ensure we minimise waste.

Your return will need to be fully tracked, and the returns postage will not be covered by us, and we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost in transit. Upon sending, please send the tracking number to

If these steps are not followed, we reserve the right to reject the return. As a small business, this is necessary for us to stay afloat.

If you are sending your item back from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Worldwide. UK shipping is free, all other shipping comes at a cost calculated at checkout.

We use Royal Mail for all UK shipping, and DPD/DHL for EU and worldwide shipping.

There are likely to be customs, clearance or duties fees to be paid on all items delivered outside of the UK, and this is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

During soft launch, we are unable to cover these costs.
WHAT IS YOUR SUSTAINABILITY POLICY? Designing new clothes isn't sustainable (the most sustainable item of clothing is the one already in your wardrobe), but we operate to the highest ethical and planetary standards that we can, given the resources we have, and regularly improve and revisit this. At the moment we: - Source all fabrics and trimmings within Europe - Produce locally, in London. - Use natural, deadstock fabrics - Produce via pre-orders, minimising waste - Partner with tailoring solutions to keep people loving their clothes for longer
